FUSHUN, CHINA — On 19th July, EMT’s team embarked on an immersive journey through Fushun’s crown jewel—the Yulongxi Grand Canyon—transforming scenic exploration into a masterclass in collaboration. Stripping away urban distractions, the retreat harnessed nature’s grandeur to strengthen bonds through three signature experiences: glass skywalk courage, sightseeing train camaraderie, and log bridge trust.

Viagem pelas nuvens: Trem Mourseeing
The adventure commenced aboard an open-air sightseeing train, winding along the canyon’s emerald ridges. As the carriage clattered past mist-shrouded pines and turquoise pools, department silos dissolved. Colleagues leaned into shared selfies against waterfalls, while spontaneous storytelling sessions erupted over the rhythm of wheels.
Transparência a 180 metros: Glass Skywalk
The canyon’s iconic glass suspension bridge became the day’s defining metaphor. Suspended 180 meters above the churning Yulong River, the transparent pathway tested nerves and nurtured interdependence.
Bridging lacunas, literalmente: desafio de log oco
The climax arrived at the hollow-log bridge—a swaying chain of timber planks with deliberate gaps revealing the ravine below. Here, teamwork turned tactile:
Nature’s Blueprint for Team Chemistry
The sightseeing train → Shared perspective
Movendo -se como uma unidade através da mudança de paisagens refletidas na adaptabilidade comercial.
The glass skywalk → Radical transparency
Walking on “nothing” revealed how trust enables bold strides.
The log bridge → Precision support
Navegar lacunas provaram que saber quando firmar os outros importa mais.
In Yulongxi’s cathedral of cliffs and rivers, they proved that the strongest teams aren’t built in boardrooms—they’re forged where earth meets sky.
