During the colder months, it is important to replace the water in the hollow spheres with a water-based antifreeze such as ethylene glycol. This prevents the product from freezing and ensures smooth operation even in winter conditions.

Spherical Foam Pigs Water Injection Method

1. Use a screwdriver to remove the plug from the ball mouth.

2. Insert the hollow needle of the water injection device into the guide hole of the ball nozzle, and then forcibly Pierce the rubber core.

3. Make sure the exhaust valve is closed and the inlet valve is open. First measure the outside diameter of the ball.

4. Exhaust treatment every 3 to 5 minutes. This involves closing the exhaust valve, opening the inlet valve, and repeating the process several times. In between these cycles, water is continued until the diameter of the ball reaches the desired size.

5. When the correct diameter is reached, close the inlet valve and take out the hollow needle. Put a little grease on the plug diagram and tighten it.
