This technology utilizes the “cavitation effect” in fluid dynamics. It generates high-speed micro-jets and shock waves during cleaning. It thoroughly removes oil, chemical, water, rust, soft, hard, and sticky deposits. It works on various types of scale buildup. For pipelines with internal coatings, this method minimizes adhesion between deposits and the pipe wall. Fast Cleaning Speed
Field tests in Daqing Oilfield show that cleaning 1 km of DN65 pipeline takes only 15 minutes. In a water-jacket heater, cleaning takes just 5 minutes to complete. Longer pipelines benefit more from this method. Faster cleaning ensures normal oilfield production.

Working Process of the EMT Cavitation Jet Piping Pig
The Cavitation Jet EMT Piping Pig moves at 0.4-1.2 m/s with a 0.6-1.2 MPa pressure difference. It transports liquid through the pipeline while discharging 25-40% of the conveyed liquid. Its cleaning speed depends on water consumption, deposit hardness, pressure difference, pipeline slope, and discharge outlet distance.
The cavitation pig is inserted into the pipeline and moves forward under water pressure and flow. The pig’s blades vibrate intensely, creating high-frequency oscillations and rapidly rotating water flow around it. This movement forms a continuous, moving low-pressure zone where water remains in a vaporized state. Countless tiny vapor bubbles form and are quickly compressed by high-pressure water, causing them to collapse violently. These bubbles explode with 800-1000 MPa force, loosening and breaking down dirt and deposits. This process effectively removes contaminants from the ash-discharge pipeline.
