Types of Poly Foam Pigs We Offer

What is a Poly Pig?

A poly pig is a cylindrical foam pig that is slightly oversized compared to the pipeline’s internal diameter. As it travels through the pipeline, the pig maintains contact with the pipe walls, removing debris, pushing out unwanted fluids, or separating products. Depending on the application, poly pigs can be uncoated, partially coated, fully coated, or equipped with brushes or abrasive materials to enhance cleaning performance.
